lo That hereafter all bills and accour.ts owing ta the Cit~• of Paris by any
person, iixm or corporation for tqate_r service provided by the City of Paxis shall
be due and payable at the City Hall of the City of Faris as follows:
(a) Cycle One. A11 bills and accounts included in Cycle One shall be
due and payable on the first day of the month next succeeding the month in which
such water service was furnished.

due and pa,yaple on the tenth da;;r of the month next succeed.ing the montn in which
