BE IT ORDAINED BY `Ir~~,~ CI'P`T COUTtCIL OF Z'HE' CITY OF FARIS :
l. That 3ection 273, Chapter 28, "eYised
Ordinanees, Citp oP Paris, Texas, entitled "Office of
Inspector ureated" be and the same is hereby repealed.
2. .411 duties of City Inspector as provided
in Chapter 28, Revised Ordinances, Cit.y of Paris, Texas,
shall hereafter be perfor:ned b,y the Paris-Lamar County
Health Unit under the direction of the Jirector of
the Faris-Lamar Count,v l:-ealth Unit and by such qualified
personnel as may be designated by him.
3. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 15, 1949.
