1. Every publie utility and every owner oP a public
utility Pranchise shall file with the City of Paris two
(2) certiPied copies of all franchises owned or claimed,
or under which such utility is operated in the Citv of
Faris, Texas.
2. Such certiPied copies of franchises shall be
filed with the Director7af Finance of the Citv of Paris
on or before May 2, 1949.
3. This ordinance shall become effective the 14th
dsy of April, 1949.
