BE IT ORDIiINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARM:
1. That the time of the first meeting of the
f or the Year 1949
Board of Eoualizati&n appointed/by the City Council of
the City of Faris shall be the lst day of June, 1949.
2. Each member of the Board of F'qualization
shall receive as cornpensation for his services the sum
of $ 10.00 per day for each and ever,y da.y actually ennaged
in the performance of his duties.
3. Al1 ordinances arid parts of ordinances in
conflict herevaith are hersby expressly repealed in so Par
as tney conflict with this ordinance.
4. This ordinance shall becor.i.e effectite from
and after its passage.
