2204 RES FRANK MILLER DBA COOPER BUTANE CO TX LPG LICENSE NO 667 IS DESIROUS OF LOCATING A LPG PROPANE SERVICE STATION AT 2150 N MAIN STRESOLUTION N0. 2204
WHEREAS, Frank Miller, dba, Cooper Butane Company,
Texas LPG License No. 667, is desirous of locatino a
LPG Propane Service Station at 2150 North Main Street,
Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, under the LPG Safety Rules of the Railroad
Commission of Texas, Section 9.5 (a) (4) requires that
plans covering LP Gas Service Station locations within
the corporate limits of any city shall be accompanied by
a writen waiver signed by the city official authorized
to sign such instruments; and,
WHEREAS, the Fire Marshal of the City of Paris is the
person charged with the responsibility of reviewing LPG
safety procedures and is the proper person to be so
authorized; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Acting Fire Marshal, Ronnie Porterfield,
be, and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the City of Paris such waivers as required by Section 9.5
(a) (4) of the LPG Safety Rules of the Railroad Commission
of Texas.
