2213 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 2194 AWRDED CONTRACT FOR MAIN OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION PHASE I TO DUAL CONSTRUCTION INCRESOLUTION NO. 2213
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in
Resolution No. 2194, award the contract for the Main Outfall Sanitary
Sewer Construction, Phase I to Dual Construction, Inc. ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Rick Conner, acting as project
engineer of said project recommends the amendment of said contract by
change order no. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Main Outfall Sanitary Sewer Construction, Phase I
contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. 1 attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, is hereby
authorized and directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said
change order.
