2215 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMMISSION OF COP DUE TO RESIGNATION OF COL JAMES LYNCHFtESOLUTION NO. 2215
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris due
to the resignation of Col. James Lynch, and it is necessary
to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed Ronnie Nutt to serve the
unexpired term of Col. James Lynch, which ends June 30,
1984, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Ronnie Nutt, as a member of
the Planning and Zoninq Commission of the City of Paris, to
serve the unexpired term of Col. James Lynch, which ends
June 30, 1984, is by the City Council of the City of Paris
hereby approved and confirmed.
