2216 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 2197 AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR BUTTERMLK CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT PHASE III TO B&B EQUIP CORESOLUTION NO. 2216
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in
Resolution No. 2197, award the contract for Buttermilk Creek I7rainage
Project, Phase III to B& B Equipment Co; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Rick Conner, acting as project
engineer of said project recommends the amendment of said contract by
change order no. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE,

IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS,
that Buttermilk Creek Drainage
Project,
Phase III contract is
hereby
amended by Change
Grder No. 1
attached
hereto as Exhibit "A"
and the
Mayor of the City

is hereby authorized
and dir
