2217 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 2167 ESTABLISHED NECESSITY FOR CITY ENGINEER TO PROCURE SERVICES FROM CRS GROUP ENGINEERS INCRESOLUTION NO. 2217
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 2167, establish the necessity
for the City Engineer to procure services of professional
engineering from CRS Group Engineers, Inc. and authorize
execution of contract and Supplement No. 1 with said CRS
Group Engineers, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
City of Paris that the scope of said contract be expanded as
stated in Supplement No. 2 attached hereto as Exhibit A;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City Council of the City of Paris, the
Supplement No. 2 to professional services contract in the
form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

This Supplement to the Agreement for Professional Services
dated May 7, 1982, between the City of Paris, Texas, and
CRS Group Engineers, Inc., hereby authorizes CRS Group Engineers,
Inc. to perform the work described for the payment s-tated below.
Scope of Work
The scope of work under this supplement includes the following
in connection with implementation of the facilities plan for
sewerage improvements:
1. Direct and review design efforts by the City of
Paris project staff for:

3. Prepare one basic sewer specification to be used for
all of the interceptors together with specific special
provisions and proposal form for each project listed
in items l. and 2. above.
4. Participate with the City of Paris project staff
in preparing plans and specifications for necessary
inflow/infiltration projects to the extent possible
with 37 man-days of effort.
It is understood that CRS Group Engineers Inc. will make its
best efforts to assist the City in completing the above
projects by February 28, 1983, but cannot guarantee completion
by that date. ~
The above scope of work is further defined as including Article II
paragraphs 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 of the Agreement.
