RESOLUTION NO. 2219 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled Civil Defense <br />Siren Warninq System in accordance with plans and specifica- <br />tions prepared by L. J. Davis, Engineer; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement description necessary for the <br />completion of said construction project are shown on Exhibit <br />A attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above de- <br />scribed utility easements are necessary for said con- <br />struction project and that the same should be condemned; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K.
