2219 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED CIVIL DEFENSE SIREN WARNING SYSTEMRESOLUTION NO. 2219
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Civil Defense
Siren Warninq System in accordance with plans and specifica-
tions prepared by L. J. Davis, Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, the easement description necessary for the
completion of said construction project are shown on Exhibit
A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above de-
scribed utility easements are necessary for said con-
struction project and that the same should be condemned;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for Civil Defense Siren
Warning System..

Situated within the corporat.e limits of the City of Paris, Lamar
County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Headright Survey, and being
part of Lot 3, Block B, of the Neagle Addition, conveyed to Johnson
Monunent Company, a Texas Corporatian, from Gene Roden's Sons, a partner-
ship, dated Decfmber 31, 1979, recorded in Volume 621, Page 596, Deed
Records, Lamar County, Texas, anci being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point for cox-rier_ in the East Right-o£-Way of Church
Street, said point being the Nort:hwest Corner of said Lot 3, Block 9,
of the Neac;le Addition;
THENCE East along the common. baundary line of Lots 3 and 4, Block 9,
