WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. D. Mallory, III,
Alex Woods, W. M. Lightfaot, and Richard Nafe as members of
the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
does hereby recommend thE~ re-appointment of F. D. Mallory,
III, Alex Woods, W. M. Li.ghtfoot and Richard Nafe, for a
term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1983, and ending
December 31, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of F. D. Mallory, III, Alex
Woods, W. M. Lightfoat and Richard Nafe, to serve as members
of the Board of Adjustmerit of the City Paris, for a term of
two (2) years, beginnirig January 1, 1983, and ending
December 31, 1984, be, arLd the same are hereby approved and
confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
