2228 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED UTILITY EXTENSION TO KIMBERLY-CLARK PLANT SITERESOLUTION NO. 222$
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Utility
Extension to Kimberly-Clark Plant Site in accordance with
plans and specifications prepared by Babb Engineering,
Paris, Texas and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said Utility Extensiori to Kimberly-Clark Plant
Site project are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easements are necessary for said
improvement project and that the same should be condemned;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used far Utility Extension to
Kimberly-Clark Plant Site.
