2229 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED SEWER SERVICE TO HIGHLAND PARK ADD'NRESOLUTION NO. 2229
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Sewer Service
ta Highland Park Addition in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Babb Engineering; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said utility project are shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easements are necessary for said
improvement project and that the same should be condemned;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for Sewer Service to
Highland Park Addition.
