2230 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 2197 AWARD CONTRACT FOR BUTTERMILK CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT PHASE IIIRESOLUTION NO. 2230
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 2197, award the contract for
Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project, Phase III to B& B
Equipment Co; and,
WHEREAS, the Intezim City Engineer, Richard Babb,
acting as project engineer of said project recommends the
amendment of said contract by change order no. 2 attached
hereto as Exhibit "A"; NQW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project, Phase III
contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. 2 attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Joe Graham, is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of
the City of Paris to execute said change order.
