RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Homer Thornton and Mrs.
George T. Young as members of the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, expired on December 31,
1982; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
does hereby recommend the appointments of Ozie Battle and
Bill Davidson for terms of three (3) years, beginning
January l, 1983, and ending December 31, 1985; NOP7,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointments of Ozie Battle and Bill
Davidson to serve as members of the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City Paris, for terms of three (3) years,
beginning January 1, 1983, and ending December 31, 1985, be,
and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
