83-007 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PORJECT OF DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT APPROX 385' NORTH OF GRAHAM STRESOLUTION NO. ~ $ ~ - C)O I
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of drainage improvement approximately
385' North of Graham Street beginning at the West boundary
line of 28th N. W. Street and proceeding in a Northwesterly
direction, approximately 300 feet, in accordance with plans
and specifications prepared by Richard Babb, Interim City
Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easemer.t description necessary for the
completion of said drainage project is shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described drainage easement is necessary for said
improvement project and that the same should be condemned;
N04J, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for drainage
improvement.
