83-008 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF IMPROVING ACCESS TO WOODARD LIFT STATIONkESOLUTION N0. 2--2-42 ~ -6 - (D C) %
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of improving the access to the Woodard
Lift Station which is a part of the City of Paris sewage
system in accordance with plans and specifications prepared
by Richard Babb, Interim City Engineer of the City of Paris;
and,
WHEREAS, the easement description necessary for the
completion of said utility and access project is shown on
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility and access easement is necessary for said
improvement project and that the same should be condemned;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for access to Woodard
Lift Station and to hold utilities when necessary.
