WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, did on the 13th day of December, 1982 pass Resolution
No. 2224, and the same should be amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. Rick Casey, James
Deatherage, Mrs. Robert Norr_lent, Dr. Richard Bercher, and
Dr. Wallace Kraft as members of the Advisory Board of Health
of the City of Paris and County of Lamar, expired on
December 31, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
with the advice of the County Judge of Lamar County, Texas,
does hereby recommend the re-appointr_ient of Dr. Rick Casey,
Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher, and Dr. Wallace
Kraft, and the appointment of J. H. Blankinship for a term
of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1983, and ending
December 31, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of I7r. Rick Casey, Mrs.
Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and Dr. Wallace Kraft,
and the appointment of J. H. Blankinship to serve as members
of the Advisory Board of Health of the City Paris, and
County of Lamar for a term of two (2) years, beginning
january 1, 1983, and ending December 31, 1984, be, and the
same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council
of the City of Paris."
Passed and adopted this 14th day of March, 1983.
