WHEREAS, KATHRYN C. CONDRAY, did serve the Housing
Authority of Paris as Executive Birector from April 1, 1958
until date of retireMent, March 31, 1983; and,
WHEREAS, KATHRYN C. CONDRAY, did compassionately
administer the Housing Authority of Paris' public housing
sections during her tenure as Executive Director; and,
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that KATHRYN C.
CONDRAY be remembered for her outstanding service in her
capacity as Executive Director; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE I1 RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that KATHRYN C. CONDRAY, be, and she is hereby
commended for her outstanding service as Executive Director
of the Housing Authority of Paris, and that we do here and
now extend to her our best wishes for an enjoyable retirement.
