WHEREAS, on the f irs t day of Januar
Greene was appointed Assistant Uirector of Finance afordthe
City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, his considerable abilit
r.ment, and excellent job performance caused and eallowed ehis
promotion to the positions of Finance Director, City Clerk,
and Assistant City Manager; and,
WHEREAS, on three separate and prolonged occasions,
Harold C. Greene has acceded to requests made by Councils of
the City of Paris to serve as Acting City rlanager in
addition to his other responsibilities; and,
WHEREAS, in all these activities he has well, truly and
ably fulfilled his responsibilities; and,
WHEREAS, such service to the Citizens, City Councils,
and Employees of the City of Paris is unsurpassed; NOW
THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED AND PROCLAIMED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, that Harold C.
