83-033 RES CERTAIN EXPENSE AND CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNTS HAVE EXPERIENCED UNEXPECTED EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS IN 1982-83 FISCALRESOLUTION NO. 83-033
WHEREAS, certain expense and capital outlay accounts
have experienced unexpected expenditures in excess of budget
appropriations in the 1982-83 fiscal year as follows:

is unincumbered; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that to the extent of the above stated Contingent
Appropriation Funds, being in the amount of $36,600.00, an
emergency is hereby found to exist and declared; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that The Director of Finance,
H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer from the following account the amount shown
therein:
