83-044 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF VISITORS AND CONVENTION COUNCIL OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE DUE TO RESIGNATION OF LARRY MCGEERESOLUTION N0. 83-044
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of
Commerce of Lamar County due to the resignation of Larry
McGee, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the
Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed
Nathan Bell to serve the unexpired term of Larry McGee,
which ends December 31, 1983, and has submitted the name of
such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS; that the appointment of Nathan Bell, as a member of
the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of
Commerce of Lamar County, to serve the unexpired term of
Larry McGee, which ends December 31, 1983, is by the City
Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
