83-045 RES CITY COUNCIL DID IN ORD NO 83-082 BUDGET FOR POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF UTILITIESRESOLUTION N0. 83-045
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, did heretofore in Ordinance No. 83-028, budget for
and establish the position of Director of Utilities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager ot the City of Paris,
David H. Doty, has appointed James A. Hicks, as Director of
Utilities and such appointment is before the City Council of
the City of Yaris for approval; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAP.IS, that the appointment of James A. Hicks as Director of
Utilities is approved.
