WHEKEAS, Crockett Industries, Inc., did heretotore
execute a deed of trust to property comprising the old
coripress site on the West sicle of lst Street S. W. guaran-
teeing the demolition of the builclings comprising the old
compress; and,
WHEREAS, Crockett Industries, Inc. has performed the
demolition in accordance with their agreement and it is
appropriate that said deed of trust be released; P10W,
THEREFURE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF
PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute deed ot
trust lien release in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A
releasing Crockett Industries, Inc. deed of trust heretotore
made to T. K. haynes, Trustee, securing Crockett Industries,
Inc., note in the amount of $15,000.00.

Lying and being situated in the Corporate Limits of the City of
Paris, between Mill and wall Streets of said City, and bounded on
the North by a tract of land formerly owned by L. D. Davis, and
on the South by the Texas and Pacific Railway donation, being a
portion of that tract of land conveyed to W. Babcock by Geo. W.
Wright on the 26th day of December, 1865, and more fully described
in said conveyance, which is duly recorded in Book "N", Page 371,
