83-073 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF TRAFFIC COMM OF COP DUE TO RESIGNATION OF KEVIN MANGUMRESOLUTION N0, 83-073
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris due to the
resignation of Kevin Mangum and the death of W. J. Johnson,
and it is necessary to appoint their successors, and the
Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed
Lynn Hitt to serve unexpired term of W. J. Johnson which
ends June 30, 1984 and Zephaniah Gibson to serve the
unexpired term of Kevin Mangum, which ends December 31,
1985, and has submitted the name of such persons to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: that the appointmer.t of Lynn Hitt to serve
unexpired term of W. J. Johnson which ends June 30, 1984 and
Zephaniah Gibson to serve the unexpired term of Kevin Mangum,
which ends December 31, 1985, as members of the Traffic
Commission of the City of Paris, are by the City Council of
the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
