83-078 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF GENE MCWATERS JR ET AL AS MEMBERS OF BUILDING COMM OF COP EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 1983RESOLUTION N0. 83-078
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Gene McWaters, Jr.,
Alton Iiess, Johnny Bell, and George Crane as members of the
Building Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31, 1983; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of George Crane,
under the classification of Electrician for a term of four
(4) years beginning January 1, 1984 and ending December 31,
1987; Alton Hess, under the classification Plumber; and the
appointments of Wayne Brown and Lyndol Brown, under the
classification of Home Builder and Realtor respectively, for
a term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1984, and
ending December 31, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of George Crane, under the
classification of Electrician for a term of four (4) years
beginning January 1, 1984 and ending December 31, 1987;
Alton Hess, under the classification Plumber, and the
appointments of Wayne Brown and Lyndol Brown, under the
classification of Home Builder and Realtor respectively, for
a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1984, and
ending December 31, 1985 be, and the same are hereby ap-
proved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Paris.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of December, 1983.
