2102 RES ORD NO 873 PASSED ON OCTOBER 29 1929RESOLUTION N0. 2102 ,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City Council of
the City of Paris, on October 29, 1929, provided for the appointment
of a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to be con-
firmed by the City Council of the City of Paris; said Band Commission
to be composed of three (3) members; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Edmond Castleberry,
Mrs. Frank Fuller and Cecil Mackin, as members of said Band
Commission will expire on June 30, 1981; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Parfs, Billy Joe Burnett,
has re-appointed Edmond Castleberry, Mrs. Frank Fuller and
Cecil Mackin, to serve as members of said Band Commission for a
term of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 1981 and ending June 30,
1982; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointments oE Edmond Castleberry,
Mrs. Frank Fuller and Cecil Mackin, made by the Mayor of the
City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, be, and the same are hereby ap-
proved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
