2106 RES CITY COUNCIL IN ORD NO 2320 ESTABLISH PARIS HOSPITAL AUTHORITYRESOLUTION NO. 2106
WHE REAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Ordinance No. 2320 establish the Paris Hospital Authority, to be
governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members,
whose terms are for two years; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. R. Hutchison,
Spencer Abbett, Opal Nahas, Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith,
Homer Thornton, Jr, and Billy Brown, as members of the
Board of Directors of the Paris Hospital Authority, will expire
on June 30, 1981, and such members should be re-appointed or
replaced, in order that the Board may carry out its proper
functions; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That J. R. Hutchison, Spencer Abbett, Opal Nahas,
Ralph Rodgers, Le:land Smith, Homer Thornton, Jr, and Billy Brown,
be, and they are hereby re-appointed members of the Board oE
Directors of the Paris Hospital Authority, to serve from July 1,
1981 through June 30, 1983.
