2111 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1741 CREATE AND ESTABLISH TREE PRESERVATION COMMITTEERESOLUTION NO. 2111 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore
in Resolution No. 1741 create and establish the Tree Preservation
Committee, and did thereafter in Resolution No. 2015 expand the mem-
bership of said Committee; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace Michael E. Malone as
Councilman on said Tree Preservation Committee, and the Mayor of
the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, having appointed W. C. Francis
as Councilman on the Tree Preservation Committee, to serve the un-
expired term of Michael E. Malone, which ends December 31, 1981,
and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the
City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointment of W. C. Francis as Councilman on the
Tree Preservation Committee, to serve the unexpired term of
Michael E. Malone, which ends December 31, 1981, be, and the
same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
