2136 RES TERMS OF PERSONS AS MEMBERS OF TREE PRESERVATION COMMITTEERESOLUTION N0. 2136
WHEREAS, the terms of the following persons as members
of the Tree Preservation Committee,established in Resolution
No. 1741 and expanded in Resolution No. 2015,does expire on
the 31st day of December, 1981: Porter Smallwood, Wayne
Brown, Ralph Beard, Mrs. Leonard Dirks, William E. Dyer,
W. C. Francis and Newton Davis; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that W. C. Francis, Porter Smallwood, Ralph Beard,
Mrs, Leonard Dirks and [,lilliam E. Dyer are hereby re-
appointed as members of the Tree Preservation Committee
under the classifications of Councilman, Contractor/Builder,
Business Person, Member-at-Large from the Council of Garden
Clubs, Member-at Large, respectively, for a term of two (2)
years, beginning January 1, 1982 and ending December 31,1983,
Passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 1981,
