2137 RES COP BY ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL ORDINANCERESOLUTION N0. 2137
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an
Electrical Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an
Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of George Crane, Bill
Adams, Thomas Robinson and Morris Misso, Members of said
Board, will expire on December 31, 1981; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, has recommended to the City Council the re-
apgointment of George Crane, Bill Adams, Thomas Robinson
and Morris Misso to serve as members of the Electrical
Board, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1,
1982 and ending Decer,iber 31, 1983; NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the recommendation of the Mayor be accepted
and approved, and that the re-appointment of George Crane,
Bill Adams, Thomas Robinson and Morris Misso, as Members
of the Electrical Board, for a term of two (2) years, be-
ginning January l, 1982 and ending December 31, 1983, be,
and the same are hereby made.
