WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore establish the City Engineer of the City of Paris
as project engineer and and manager of Infiltration/Inflow
Phase II of Project No. C-48-1248; and,
WHEREAS, in order to accommodate said project it is
necessary that the City Engineer increase his staff and
seek additional office s-pace; and,

lease contract with William J. Bone for the rental of No.
136 Clarksville Street, being Lot 7, City Block 15, for a
term of two (2) years at a monthly rental of Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month.
