WHEREAS, the terms of David Kennemer, Morris Misso,
Jack Denman, Alton Hess, Johnny Bell and Kenneth King as
members of the Building Commission did expire on December
31, 1981;NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that David Kennemer, Morris Misso and Jack Denman,
be, and they are hereby re-appointed as members of the
Building Commission under the classifications of Insurance
Agent, Commercial Builder and Developer, respectively, for
a term of four (4) years, beginning January 1, 1982 and
ending December 31, 1985; and that Alton Hess and Johnny
Bell are hereby re-appointed as members of the Building
Commission under the classifications of Plumbed be-
Realtor, respectively, for a term of two (2) years83;
ginning January l, 1982 and ending December 31, 19
and that Gene McWaters, Jr. is hereby appointed as a
member of the Building Commission under the classification
of Home Builder for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January 1, 1982 and ending December 31, 1983.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of February, 1982.
