2143 RES TERMS OF FOLLOWING MEMBERS OF TREE PRESERVATION COMMITTEE EXPIRED ON 3RD DAY OF DECEMBER 1981RESOLUTION N0. 2143
WHEREAS, the terms of the following persons as members
of the Tree Preservation Committee, established in ResoZution
No. 1741 and expanded in Resolution No. 2015, did expire on
the 3rd day of December 1981: Wayne Brown and Newton Davis,
and their successors have not been appointed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Mike Anderson and Mrs. Ben Hinds are hereby appoin-
ted as members of the Tree Preservation Committee under the
classifications of Contractor/Builder Alternate, and Member-
at-Large, respectively, for a term of two (2) years beginning
January 1, 1982 and ending December 31, 1983.
