2145 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN CONSTRUCITON ENTITLED JOHNSON PARK DRAINAGE PROJECTRESOLUTION N0. 2145
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Johnson Park
Drainage Project, in accordance with plans and specifications
prepared by Richard Babb, P. E.; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said drainage project are shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above de-
scribed drainage easements are necessary for said improve-
ment project and that the same should be condemned; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T. K.
Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
proceed to condemn the above described property to be used
for the Johnson Park Drainage Project.
