2166 RES CITY COUNCIL ON 14TH DAY OF APRIL 1982 PASSED RES NO 2163RESOLUTION N0.2166
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
on the 14th day of April, 1982 pass Resolution No. 2163;
and,
WHEREAS, reference was incorrectly made to Section
22.2 of the Property Tax Code of the State of Texas, and
the same should be corrected to refer to Section 23.02 of
the Property Tax Code af the State of Texas; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Resolution No. 2163, be, and the same is hereby
corrected by changing all references to Section 22.2 of the
Property Tax Code of the State of Texas, to Section 23.02
of the Property Tax Code of the State of Texas.
