2167 RES CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHED CITY ENGINEER AS PROJECT ENGINEER AND MANAGER OF INFILTRTION/INFLOW PHASE II OF PROJECT C-48-1248RESOLTJTION N0, 2167
W'HTFZEAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore establish the City Engineer of the City of Paris
as Project Engineer and manager of Infiltration/Inflow
Phase II of Project No. C-48-1248; and,
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such tasks it has been
necessary for the City Engineer to procure services of pro-
fessional engineering firms as follows: CRS Group Engineers,
Inc.; Chien Assaciates, Inc.; Texas Aerial Surveys, Inc.;
Southwestern Laboratories, Inc.; Chaney Engineering, Inc.;
and Mike Wright, d/b/a Mike Wright Surveying and recommends
tne procurement of said services and contracting with said
providers of profEessional services upon the terms and con-
ditions and in the forms attached hereto respectively as
Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, AND F; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
City of Paris that such services be contracted for; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0
PARIS, that the Mayor Pro Tem of t':ze City
F. Williams, be, and he is authorized and
