WHEREAS, certain expense and capital outlay accounts
have experienced unexpected expenditures in excess of budget
appropriations in the 1981-82 fiscal year as follows:

AND, WHEREAS, the following account in the amount shown

is unincumbered; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That to the extent of the above stated Contingent Appropriation
Funds, being in the amount of $76,896.00, an emergency is hereby
found to exist and declared; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Director of Finance,
H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer from the following account the amount shown therein:
