WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City
Council of the City of Paris, on October 29, 1929,
provided for the appointment of a Band Commission by
the Mayor of the City of Paris, to be confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris; said Band
Commission to be composed of three (3) members; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. Frank Fuller,
Cecil (A.C.) Mackin and Edmond Castleberry, as members
of said Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1982;
and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
has re-appointed Mrs. Frank Fuller, Cecil (A,C,) Mackin,
and Edmond Castleberry, to serve as members of said
Band Commission for a term of one (1) years, beginning
Julq l, 1982, and ending June 30, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointments of Mrs. Frank Fuller,
Cecil (A.C.) Mackin and EdMOnd Castleberry, made by
the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be, and the
same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council
of the City of Paris.
