2181 RES GEORGE FISHER RESIGNED AS MEMBER OF TRAFFIC COMM OF COPRESOLUTION N0. 2181
WHEREAS, George Fisher has resigned as member
of the Traffic Comriission of the City of Paris and the
terrn of office of Charles D. Thompson as a member of said
Commission will expire on June 30, 1982, and it is neces-
sary to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the
City of Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed Billy Joe
Burnett, to serve the unexpired term of George Fisher,
which terminates on June 30, 1983, and having re-
appointed Charles D. Thompson for a term of three (3)
years beginning July 1, 1982 and ending June 30, 1985,
and has submitted the narnes of such persons to the
City Council of the City of Paris, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointment of Billy Joe Burnett to
serve the unexpired term of George Fisher, and the
re-appointment of Charles D. Thompson to serve for a
term of three (3) years ending June 30, 1985, be, and
the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
