2185 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO ON FEBRUARY 12 1982 FILED SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR ELECTRIC SERVICERESOLUTION N0. 2185
WHEREAS, Texas Power & Light Cornpany did, on
February 12, 1982, file a schedule of rates for electric
service within the City of Paris; and, thereafter the
Texas Municipal League Cities, other intervenors and
Texas Power & Light Company reached a comproMise agree-
ment which was approved by the Public Utility Commission
of Texas, and in accordance with such agreement Texas
Power & Light Company did file on the 29th day of June,
1982, its Tarriffs and Service Regulations under which
electric service will be provided within the City of
Paris commencing on July 1, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the Tarriffs and Service Regulations
of Texas Power & Light Company filed on the 29th day
of June, 1982, be, and the same is hereby approved.
