2189 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONTRUCTION ENTITLED PHASE II BUTTERMILK CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECTRESOLUTION N0. 2189
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris
has undertaken a project of construction entitled
PHASE II, BUTTERMILK CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT in accord-
ance with plans and specifications prepared by Rick
Conner, City Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for
the completion of said drainage project are shown on
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described drainage easements are necessary for said
improvement project and that the same should be condemned;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed
to condemn the above described property to be used
for Phase II, Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project on
said creek between Collegiate Drive and Clark Lane
Streets.
