2093 RES COP BY ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE PROVIDED APPOINTMENT OF ELECTRICAL BOARDRESOLUTION NOe 2093 ,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Electrical
Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on said Board due to the death
of Frank Horne; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone,
has recommended to the C.ity Counc.il the appointment of
Morris Misso to fill the unexpired term of Frank Horne, which
term will expire December 31, 1981; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the recommendation of the Mayor be accepted and
approved, and that the appointment of Morris Misso,
to serve the unexpired term of Frank Horne as a member of the
Electrical Board, which term will expire on December 31, 1981, be,
and the same is hereby made.
