2079 RES CITY COORDINATOR UNDER ER OPERATIONS PLAN OF COP COL JAMES LYNCH RESIGNEDRESOLUTION N0, 2079
WHEREAS, the City Coordinator under the Emergency
Operations Plan of the City of Paris and Lamar County,
Col. James E. Lynch, has resigned; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael
E. Malone, recommends the appointment of Richard (Dick)
Boots as the City Coordinator for the City of Paris;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Richard (Dick) Boots, be, and he is hereby
appointed as City Coordinator un.til such time as his
successor is appointed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Coordinator
under the Ernergency Operations Plan for the City of Paris
and Lamar County be fixed as those included in Paragraph
V.A,3. of said Emergency Operations Plan..
