2077 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1741 CREATED AND ESTABLISHED TREE PRESERVATION COMMITTEERESOLUTION NOa 2077 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did here-
tofore in Resolution No, 1741 create and establish the Tree
Preservation Committee, and did thereafter in Resolution No.
2015 expand the membership of said Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of Sara Bell as Realtor and
Sue Rainey as Alternate, June Reep as a Business Person and
Nora Hayter as a Member from the Council of Garden Clubs,
will exp.ire on December 31, 1980, and the Mayor of the C.ity
of Paris, Michael E. Malone having re-appointed Sara Bell
as Realtor and Sue Rainey as Alternate, June Reep as a
Business Person and Nora Hayter as a Member from the
Council oE Garden Clubs, on the Tree Preservation Committee,
for a term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1981 and ending
December 31, 1982, and has subm.itted the names of such persons
to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the appointments of Sara Bell as Realtor and
Sue Rainey as Alternate, June Reep as a Business Person and
Nora Hayter as a Member from the Council of Garden Clubs,
on the Tree Preservat.ion Committee, for a term of two (2) years,
beginn.ing January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1982, be, and
the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council
of the City of Paris.
