2074 RES CITY COUNCIL IN ORD NO 2536 CREATE HISTORIC LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMITTEERESOLUTION N0, 2074 0 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Ordinance No. 2536 create the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does recommend the following initial appointments to said Board: Bill Lightfoot, Architect 2 Years Robert A. Burns, Historian 2 Years Jo Miesch, Board of Directors of 1 Year a Local Financial Institution Georgia B. Bassano, Nursery and/or 1 Year Landscape Interest Cath.ie Spearman, Visitors and Convention 1 Year Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County Lowry Carrington, Realtor 1 Year A. W. Clem, IV, Lamar County Bar 1 Year A s sociation Travis King, Industrial Development 2 Years Committee of Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County Barbara Wilson, Lamar County Historical 2 Years Commission Cecile Roden, Lamar County Genealogy 1 Year Society Mary Lou Williams, Director of Aikin 2 Years Archives Margie Lou Hubbard, Lamar County 2 Years Historical Society F. McClanahan, At Large 1 Year Larry McDowell, At Large 1 Year David Denney, At Large 2 Years NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the appointments of Jo Miesch, Georgia B. Bassano, Cathie Spearman, Lowry Carrington, A. W. Clem, IV, Cecile Roden, F. I. McClanahan and Larry McDowell, for a term of one (1) year, beginning December 8, 1980 and ending June 30, 1981, and the appointments of Bill LightFoot, Robert A. Burns, Travis King, Barbara Wilson, Mary Lou Williams, Margie Lou Hubbard and David Denney, for a term of tWO (2) years, beginning December 8, 1980 and ending June 30, 1982, made by the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E.
