WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. D. Mallory, III,
Curtis W. Wallace, W. M. Lightfoot, Spencer Abbett and
Richard Nafe, as regular members on the Board of Adjustment
will exp.ire on December 30, 1980; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies which will
be created by the expiration of their terms; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That F. D. Mallory, III, Curtis W. Wallace, W. M. Lightfoot,
Spencer Abbett and Richard Nafe, be, and they are hereby re-
appointed as regular members of the Board of Adjustment, to
serve for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1981 and
ending December 31, 1982.
