2071 RES ARTICLE46e-3(2) AND CODE OF ORDINANCES RESPONSIBLE FOR 2 MEMBERS OF COX FIELD JOINT AIRPORT ZONING BDRESOLUTION NO. 2071
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Article 46e-3(2)
of Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes and Section 6-4(b) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paris, the City Council of the City of Paris
is responsible for the appointment of two (2) members of the Cox
Field Joint Airport Zoning Board; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Wayne W. Ward and
Willie D. Ausmus will expire on December 31, 1980; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Wayne W. Ward and Willie D. Ausmus are hereby re-
appointed as members of the Cox Field Joint A irport Zoning Board
for a term of four (4) years, beginning January 1, 1981 and ending
December 31, 1984.
