2063 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1944 ESTABLISHED HOUSING REHABILITATION REVIEW BD TO CONSIST OF 5 MEMBERSRESOLUTION N0. 2063 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Resolution No. 1944 establish a Housing Rehabilitation Review
Board, which Board consisted of five (5) members, citizens of
Par.is and appointed for two year terms; and,
WHEREAS, Target Area No. 2 Board Member, Walter F.
Williams, has resigned; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Par.is, Michael E. Malone,
does hereby appoint Willie B. Lewis to serve out the unexpired
term of Walter F. Williams, which term ends June 30, 1981; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, Zhat the term of Willie B. Lewis to serve out
the unexpired term of Walter F. Williams, as Target Area No. 2
Member, Hous.ing Rehabilitation Review Board, wh.ich term ends
June 30, 1981, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
